All online purchases have a basic one-year warranty. You can go to a  store and show the original  order voucher to enjoy repair services.Within twelve months after purchase, all designated products that are not damaged by human factors can be repaired for free, including zippers, seams, and parts, but this is subject to the judgment of the on-site personnel or the repair center. Natural wear and tear of products under normal use, damage caused by human factors, modification or repair of products by non-Coach authorized manufacturers, and if the product is purchased more than twelve months ago are not covered by the warranty. The company will charge the relevant repair and parts fees.
